You may return books and merchandise purchased from mangaheart.com in their original
condition with the original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will pay for the return shipping cost if you are returning an item because of our
error. We do not issue exchanges.

We will issue partial refunds for items returned more than 15 days from the delivery date,
for books that have been read, and for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or
is missing parts.

Please write your reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Please enclose
this packing slip with your secured package along with your return and send it to:
